Oh, the weather outside is delightful!

Even if it's officially not winter yet according calender dates, we're experiencing all the lovely (and not so lovely) wonders of this cold snowy season. In my country snow has fallen unbelievably much during the previous week and the temperature goes from -15 in the morning til -7 at noon.
The good thing that I like about winter is - fashion! This is the right season for layering clothes as much as you want, for wearing UGGs all day long, for wearing scarves day after day... I don't mind it being so cold outside when there are always ways how to keep yourself warm with cute leg-warmers, faux-fur, and fuzzy swears; maybe somebody's arm wrapped around you is a good way too ;)
In the next couple of days I will be posting clothes collections according to the winter wonderland outside of our window.

Maxi skirts & dresses

There's something so special about long skirts & dresses. They give a doze of femininity and remind me of old fashion when women were obliged to wear nothing else than long dresses. Here are some of my favorites that I found online:

Céline bag & Christian Louboutin heels

I would kill for this Missoni dress

Queens Of The Runway

One of my favorite things that I like to do in my free time is watch fashion shows. We've been seeing the same girls on the runway for a while now, but they definitely do deserve to be there. Some of my favorite models are:

Natasha Poly

Sasha Pivovarova

Abbey Lee Kershaw

Frida Gustavsson

People Must Be Blind

I love fashion and knowing what the latest trends are. But blindly following trends has never been clear to me... Don't people take a look in the mirror before leaving the house?
I have always been in love with fashion and I always like to see what the top designers released for the season. But there's one little "catch" behind it: just because something is made, it doesn't mean that you're actually suppose to wear it! I mean, come on...

Today I had an important exam on college. Even though it's pretty hot outside, about 37ºC, that doesn't mean people should walk around looking like a joke. There's this one guy who's one year bellow me and he showed up in - LEGGINGS. Not skinny jeans, not even jeggings, but real LEGGINGS! Pilates type leggings. Mind that fact: girl leggings (!) in a light grey color. Even Google cannot find a photo of a guy wearing such thing!
These ones look exactly the same as the ones that he was wearing:
and as you can see they don't have a special, erm... crotch area, so he was wearing them lower on his hip bones (which I noticed when he lifted his hands up and his shirt went up as well).

There actually are leggings for guys, but they aren't meant for wearing bare around the town! (they were made for cold weather and athletic purpose)

I personally don't really like when even girls wear only leggings with shirt (because it makes your butt look wierd :/ it's or hanging loosely because of thongs or it's bumpy because of pantie lines), let alone a guy... I mean, he seems like such a nice guy and just cannot believe that his usually fashionate self managed to make such a mistake.

To switch to another subject, there's this one other thing that caught my mind today... I understand that it's a freaking hell outside due to high temperature, but come on - it's college! How can somebody come to an exam wearing short-shorts so that their panties are falling out through their legging on their BUTT?! First question: thongs maybe? Second question: why buy shorts that are smaller than your underwear? And third question: don't you people have some respect towards the professors??
At least 95% of girls arrived on the exam wearing something like this:

I understand it's hot outside, I understand that you want to show your figure, but come on! There should be a time and place for everything... and it's certainly a college exam!
What would happen if professors were walking practically naked around college as well?
Even though most of the girls were in these types of shorts, there were some in the same "length" of dresses/skirts. At one point when a certain girl bent down, oh you could see everything! I love dresses, they're the girliest clothing piece that a woman could wear. But when the length of your dress (or skirt) is passing at least your mid thigh, you should know that you're making a mistake. Skirts that reach just above your knee or right at your knee are the most chic and sophisticated, and also the best fitting. Maybe when going clubbing a minimalistic skirt could be pulled off but not to college!

So please, people, I know that it's summer, I know that it's boiling hot, but pleeease keep your fashion sense of the conscious reasonable level!
